Goran Nikolovski
Graduate of the Justinian the First Law Faculty in Skopje. Mr. Nikolovski has many years of experience as a North Macedonian attorney, primarily advising foreign investor clients on company, commercial, labor, immigration, and financial law. His practice covers investment law, registration of businesses and companies, practical business and commercial counsel, litigation, and legal due diligence. He has significant experience with privatizations in the North Macedonian energy sector and with the financial and banking sectors.

Mrs. Nikolovska focuses on the registration of businesses and companies, day-to-day commercial counsel for company operations, labor law, document management, and related practice areas.
